We have a moral obligation that when we see the ills around us, these are not for us to curse, these ills are for us to address and try to fix as much as we can.
If what you believe in does not impact how you behave, then what you believe in is not important. We can say all the nice things we want to say about Islam, but unless we put it into action, it just remains nice words….nobody is interested in just nice words. People want to see. At this time as a Muslim community, we have a lot to show for.
